Product Description

This single-barrel bourbon delivers a well-balanced and expressive character—rich with caramel, dried fruit, and baking spice—while retaining freshness and clarity. It’s a standout example of Wyoming’s grain-to-glass craftsmanship, showing both elegance and frontier strength.

Origins & Craftsmanship

Wyoming Whiskey’s Single Barrel is a limited-edition bourbon hand-selected from standout individual barrels. Aged for around five years in new, charred American oak, each barrel is bottled on its own to showcase the natural variation of the distillery’s high-altitude aging conditions.

Every step—from grain cultivation to distillation, maturation, and bottling—takes place in Kirby, Wyoming, using locally grown corn, wheat, and barley. The whiskey is bottled at 96 proof (48 % ABV), non-chill filtered, and unblended, preserving full flavor integrity. Each barrel yields roughly 220 bottles, making every release genuinely unique.

Tasting Profile

Nose: Buttery caramel and brown sugar mingle with notes of cola, dark chocolate, black currant, and dried dates. Hints of oak spice and vanilla emerge with air.
Palate: Bold and rich, featuring dark toffee, molasses, raisin, fig, and citrus peel. A backbone of oak and gentle baking spice keeps the sweetness in check.
Finish: Long and dry with echoes of candied orange, cocoa, butter crème, and toasted oak—warm, balanced, and satisfying.
