Wolfcraig’s 14-year-old Triple Sherry Cask Finish is a luxurious blend that delivers rich sherried character in abundance, tempered by finesse and balance. Origins & Craftsmanship Crafted by master blenders Richard Paterson OBE and Ian MacMillan under the Wolfcraig brand.  Aged for 14 years initially, matured in fresh bourbon barrels, then finished for 3 extra years in a trio of sherry casks: Amontillado, Pedro Ximénez, and Muscatel.  Launched as a limited production run: 4,401 bottles globally. Bottled at 46.1% ABV, non-coloured, non-chill filtered—natural colour and strength. Tasting Profile Element Notes Colour / Appearance Golden honey with hues of satin wood and deep gold tones.  Nose / Aroma Gentle but enticing: sun-kissed raisins, fresh peaches, tangerine citrus, lemongrass; with undertones of creamy caramel and vanilla.  Palate / Taste Generous and satisfying: figs, sweet sultanas, the richness of a Napoleon cake layered with demerara sugar and molasses. The sherry influence from the three casks brings varying intensities.  Finish Aftertaste features glazed tangerines, marzipan, chocolate mousse; spice enters via ginger and nutmeg.
