The distillery uses locally-sourced grain, Texas Hill Country rain-water, and ages each barrel under the intense Texas climate, which accelerates maturation and intensifies flavour. These barrels are chosen for the Single Barrel programme based on exceptional taste profile, with a minimum age of three years and often significantly older.
