Product Description
- A completely different experience from all the modern flex nibs you have used so far.
- The Magna Carta Mag 600 fountain pen features a truly flexible 14k gold nib, on par with vintage pens. This flexible nib is fed by an ebonite feed that can support the ink flow.
- The Mag 600 is designed inspired by hard-rubber pens from the 1920s. The clip is riveted to the body.
- To allow the ebonite feed to absorb the ink, the pen must be filled by immersing the nib into the ink bottle, and the feed should be left in the ink bottle for a while.
- The starting point of the fully flexible nib is EF (Extra Fine), and it can flex to a thickness of BBB (Triple Broad). Writing with a flexible nib can require effort and patience, and while this pen offers a true flex nib, flex nib pens may not be suitable for everyone.
- Full Flexible gold nibs have a different manufacturing process, which is risky and prone to defects. All pens are finally inspected at Galen. Instead of a standard cardboard box, they are presented in a special wooden box.
