How They’re Grown: These Maine gems are grown on a large 50 acre property. They start in small bags and then are transported to floating cages where they rest just under the ocean’s surface. They take 3-4 years to grow.
How They Taste: Slap of Maldon sea salt, followed by that typical Maine oyster sweetness that has us always coming back for more.
Why They’re Unique: This is Oyster Vacationland! They are grown in the pristine waters at the gateway of Acadia National Park. Cadillac Mountain overlooks the oyster farm. We love Duxbury, but this area is pretty dope too!
Story: Warren has always been in love with the sea. He was growing oysters for fun before he got into the business of selling them. He has only been on the market since 2017! We feel lucky to have found him because he is one of the very few growers in this region and is also just an all-around nice guy.
