Before even lifting the cap, the suggestion of the name White on White, and its appropriately colored flacon, creates the expectation of a soft, comforting perfume with a delicate caress. From the first spray, White on White lives up to that expectation. Each time the senses pick up a waft of the scent, you fall deeper under its spell.
White on White manages to be creamy yet light at the same time. Fig leaves in the opening provide that first lactonic touch, but it is musk, sandalwood and vanilla that define the smooth aspect of its character. There is a gentle hint of sweetness owing to the opening note of bergamot and the aforementioned vanilla, while amber and cedarwood warm the composition and give the scent its cozy feel.
