Remove pad from wrapper. Peel off the backing to reveal the adhesive. Place the pad on underwear wider side at the back for overnight use. Press firmly to secure the adhesive. Wrap wings around the sides of the underwear and press down to secure. Dispose responsibly after use in a sanitary waste bin not flushable.
