The Atomic Jewel Cluster Top is a great simple way to change up the look of your surface, labret, ear piercings, and more. This fun design has a 4mm jewel at the center with a matching 3mm jewel diagonally on each side, resembling one of the most basic, vital things of all life: water. It has internal 0.9mm threading located on the 4mm center jewel, which is compatible with our standard 18g-16g internally threaded jewelry. The Atomic Cluster is available in five jewel colors: Crystal, Light Blue, Light Green, Light Red, or Pink. They are bezel-set on high quality titanium and for a small fee, can be anodized to one of 13 colors at our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facility.
