This titanium top has a 5mm opal prong setting that can be used with any of our 14g-12g dermal anchors, surface barbells, labret posts, and more. The internal 1.2mm threading and titanium base make this piece ideal for new piercings, sensitive skin, and extended wear. There are 13 opal color options from which you can choose, as well as titanium colors for ultimate customization. For a small fee, we can anodize the titanium to one of 13 colors in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facilities.
