These titanium surface barbells each have two 90-degree, 10g posts with 2.5mm rises on either end. Use these 10g surface barbells for nape piercings, chest piercings and other surface piercings. Since the posts are drilled with internal 1.2mm threading, you can wear any 12g or 14g internally-threaded dermal top with a matching thread pattern with these surface bars. That gives clients many more options for surface bar tops than they'd otherwise have with a 10g surface bar in their piercing.
