This expression is made from 100 % Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested and naturally fermented without accelerators or additives. After slow roasting the agave in masonry brick ovens, the cooked piñas are crushed (often using a traditional tahona wheel), fermented in open-air vats, and double distilled in copper stills to preserve clarity and character.
