Origins & Craftsmanship

  • Maison Ruinart, founded in 1729, is the oldest Champagne house. 

  • The Blanc de Blancs NV expression is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes drawn from Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and other prime terroirs. 

  • The blend includes reserve wines (≈ 20 %) to maintain house style and depth. 

  • It undergoes aging on lees to develop texture and complexity; dosage is modest to preserve freshness.

Palate / Taste Clean and pure start: lemon curd, white peach, green apple. A saline/mineral edge emerges, with brioche and toasted almond touches mid-palate.
