Elderberry diy dry kit is listing is for a large 32 oz size not the smaller 16 oz sizes that are listed on other sites. All need to add is water and honey or sweetner of choice. This is the same ingredients as my pre made tonic, minus the garlic and elderflower. I suggest adding raw garlic to boiling water as it is more potent. Of course, can leave the garlic out if prefer. Typically do 3 to 5 garlic cloves per bag, but it is 100 percentage based on taste preference.

Bring five cups of water to a rolling boil. Reduce to a simmer and add package contents to water. Cover and let cook for 30 minutes on a low simmer. Let cool and mix in 1/2 to 1 cup raw honey the more honey add the longer the tonic will be preserved in the fridge. This makes approx. 32 oz of elderberry tonic. Always keep refrigerated since there is no preservatives added in. These instructions are printed on the back of the bag as well.
