Origins & Craftsmanship Redbreast 18 is crafted using the traditional Irish single pot still method, blending malted and unmalted barley, and distilled in copper pot stills. It’s matured for 18 years in a combination of first- and second-fill bourbon barrels as well as Spanish sherry butts, then further married and softened in finishing casks. The result is a beautifully integrated whiskey where strength and delicacy coexist.
