Suggestions
Adults and children 15 years of age and over: take 2 tablets before bedtime, followed with a glass (8 oz) of water or juice. Do not take more than 3 tablets a day. Children under 15 years of age: consult a doctor. Generally causes bowel movement in 8-12 hours.
