First-time users or those with sensitive skin, start with 5 minutes. Advanced users do not exceed 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water then follow up with your favorite moisturizer. It's normal to feel tingling during use! STEP 2: Tone with Milk Shake SHAKE WELL TO ACTIVATE. Shake Milk Shake generously before spraying. Reapply throughout the day for an instant refresh. STEP 3: Hydrate with Bloom Cream Massage into freshly cleansed skin in circular motions until all the product has been absorbed. Apply morning & night daily.
