Patrón Añejo Tequila is produced at Hacienda Patrón in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, where the brand has become synonymous with premium tequila craftsmanship. Patrón helped define the ultra-premium tequila category by combining traditional production techniques with meticulous quality control.

The tequila begins with 100% Weber Blue Agave, harvested at peak maturity from the red volcanic soils of the Jalisco Highlands. The agave piñas are slow-baked in traditional brick ovens, a method that gently caramelizes the natural sugars and preserves the plant’s rich agave character.

After cooking, the agave is crushed using a combination of roller mills and the traditional tahona stone wheel, a process that extracts juice while preserving the fibrous character that contributes to flavor complexity.
