Alternatives use yellow lenses, which not only don't block all the blue light, but actually brighten your view, which is not something you want when preparing for your nightly rest.
The U in this "U" Frame means Universal. That means this frame should fit pretty much everyone, including those who wear wider prescription eyewear. The flatter lens is well suited for those who are optically sensitive to lens curvatures. A wide brow guard at the top of the frame helps keep additional light and dust from entering from above. The semi-curved temple tips wrap slightly around the ears to help the eyewear stay in place. Made In USA.
