Planting: Start by selecting an area with well-drained soil and one that also receives around 6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day. When you’re ready to plant, dig your hole twice as wide as the root ball and just as deep. Place the tree into the planting hole and gently spread the roots by combing them with your hands. Then, back fill the soil and water your planting site. If you’re planting in a container, simply place in front of a sunny window in your home or a sunny spot on your patio and select a pot that’s about twice the width of your plant’s shipped container. 2. Watering: The Midnight Marvel loves moist soil, so we recommend watering about twice weekly. If you’re not sure when to water, simply check the soil about 2 inches down. If the soil is dry here, it’s time to water. If your Hibiscus is growing indoors or on a patio, ensure your container has drainage holes. Water your container-planted Hibiscus until you see it flowing from your pot’s drainage holes.3.
