Grip both overlapping release papers, exposing the adhesive surface, and position the dressing centrally over the wound without stretching. Gently remove the remaining release papers and firmly smooth the adhesive border to secure. Change the dressing when it becomes wet, soiled or saturated, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
