We handcraft each Laurel mattress in our California factory using only the best eco-conscious materials like New Zealand wool, all natural latex, and CertiPUR-US certified foams. A stretch-knit cover is made using plant-based Tencel: soft, breathable, and healthy for your home. Using the traditional method of hand-tufting, each layer of the Laurel mattress is secured with natural wool to eliminate the need for air-blocking adhesives used in many other modern mattresses. Plus, we recycle leftover materials for use in other products made at our factory to eliminate unnecessary waste.
