Story
When I was first faced with writing this strap’s card text, I was slightly unsure of the route to go. It felt a little strange to help someone to know their worth when sometimes, I struggle to know my own. Jason often encourages me to write the text as if it’s a letter to someone I know who could use the message. So, I thought about my friends, my family members, and myself for this one.
I thought about what I could hear more often to help me realize that bad days don’t last forever, and they certainly shouldn’t cause any doubt for how awesome I am - and I’m not saying that to toot my own horn! Each of us could use this reminder because we are so worthy of love, goodness, kindness, and respect. We often forget in the midst of our battles that we’re incredible people capable of incredible things.
No matter what it is you’re facing right now, I truly hope, from the bottom of my heart, that this beautiful strap reminds you of how amazing you are. There are going to be good times, and bad ones, but as long as we stay true to ourselves, everything’s going to work out just fine.
