As the known world continued to expand, brave knights, kings, monks and men of chivalry set off on the long journey to retake the Holy Land in the name of Christendom. Of course, these were dangerous times, so most of these Crusading Medieval Knights donned a sword like this Knight Sword with Crusader Sheath.
Peace Thy Knot
One of the great things about Renaissance Festivals and Medieval Fairs is that they give you the chance to dress up as the part of a knight, warrior, barbarian, or noble prince. For many people this includes donning an authentic looking sword to complete the part. Though when you hit the gate at most of these Renaissance Fairs, they make you tie all metal swords to your belt in a “Peace Knot.” This isn’t always the case with a PVC sword like this Knight Sword with Crusader Sheath. It looks every bit the part of a crusading knight’s sword without being real metal. Though you might want to tie it in a peace knot just to keep up the effect!
