The ''why'' is that adding OptiFX? particles to a thicker transparent Shea Butter based cream would cause creasing and a blotchy look. This product was designed specifically for around the eye use as a moisturizer, to optically reverse skin aging by creating a brightening effect around the eyes. The enhancing properties smooth the finish of the eye area and ''grab'' eye makeup, acting as a defining base requiring less eye makeup. The base lotion also acts as a shield reducing conventional makeup chemicals getting through to the skin.Apply KPRO Tinted Eye Cream with your ring finger around the entire eye.
