The production involves a combination of distillation methods: bulk column distillation for base spirit, followed by a small portion undergoing copper pot still re-distillation in the distillery’s original copper still (“Distilleerketel #1”), after which the spirits are blended, charcoal-filtered and rested in tanks before bottling.
