Story As we finish out the last few days of 2020, I wanted to release something that I really hope will uplift and inspire all of you in the year to come. 'I AM' is one of the two very special designs we chose to do just that.  Like many of you, I constantly find myself thinking of all the things I'm not. I'm not as patient as I should be, I'm not as dedicated to working out as I once was, etc etc. The issue I've realized here is that it's incredibly easy to fall into this rut of thinking about all the areas we lack in versus all the places we excel. 'I AM' was meant to give you a paradigm shift in 2021. It's that little hug for your wrist that tells you to get your mind back on track and focus on what's right instead of what's wrong. Many of us set new year's resolutions right around this time every year. It's a fresh slate, a good way to start over with a goal we didn't quite hit the year before. But what if, instead of only looking at the things we want to change, we take a moment to give ourselves a little credit for the wonderful human being we already are? I always say there's a big difference between complacent and content. Complacence is lazy - you're a bump on a log as my mom would say, and you can't be bothered to do much. Complacent is bad. Content, on the other hand, is what this little reminder is all about. Content is being grateful for where you are and what you have right here, right now. Sometimes, the key to being content is just giving our own brains a little TLC every now and then by remembering how far we've come. It's good to congratulate yourself, it's good to be happy about your accomplishments. Just because it's a new year doesn't mean we need to label everything that happened in the past as 'not good enough.' I think my fear is that the new year always has us focusing on what comes next without ever taking a moment to reflect on all we've made it through already. After 2020, I can safely say with absolute certainty that I am sure you deserve a pat on the back and a big hug.  We're all in this together. As 2021 rolls in like a white knight looking to save us through all we've experienced in 2020, my hope is that you use this beautiful ZOX as a reminder for 2021 to remember who you are more than what you are not.
