The year Mark Twain was born, Halley's Comet passed through the skies, only to return in the year of Twain’s death. It is said that the comet could have been the star that guided the Three Wise Men to Jerusalem—just as this wine will guide you to a state of pure indulgence. Sourced primarily from two exceptional sites, Halley’s Comet Pinot Noir is nothing short of a reward—a hedonistic expression of Pinot Noir, decadent as crème brûlée and molten chocolate cake. The nose bursts with crushed cacao nibs, toasted marshmallows, and vibrant cherry compote, all wrapped in an aura of rose petals and dark forest fruits. On the palate, the wine shows off its lavishness with layers of ripe plum, blackberry, and an unexpected yet delightful streak of cranberry, livened by fresh raspberry and hints of wild strawberry.
