To upgrade all items you would add:1. Std to Exped Upgrade, qty=1, original line no.=1 (for bookmarks)2. Std to Exped Upgrade, qty=2, original line no.=2 (for charms)3. Std to Exped Upgrade, qty=1, original line no.=3 (for pendant) - If upgrading from Saver to Expedited, and if there will be no other Saver lines on the original order, you will need to add the Saver to Standard upgrade sku FIRST.
