Update: Lizzie's leg was amputated, and she is on the road to recovery thanks to your support. Once she fully recovers, she will be put up for adoption.  Lizzie Belle was surrendered when her family discovered a large lump growing on her leg. Although the mass isn’t cancerous, it has caused swelling and discomfort that will only worsen without treatment. Veterinarians determined Lizzie Belle will need a partial leg amputation to prevent the swelling and growth from returning. This surgery is the most viable treatment option and will give her the best chance at a full recovery. Lizzie Belle’s prognosis is good, but she cannot move toward a healthy future without this surgery. Your support can help her get the lifesaving procedure she needs to heal.
