Once you complete the request process, we will mail you a Kit free of charge. After you have followed all of the included instructions, you will be given a PIN (Personal Identification Number) unique to that set of prints that can be used on all future purchases you would like those specific prints on. Note: Please complete the collection and upload process for each person you would like prints captured for, so that every individual has a different PIN.
