Together these notes create a top that is transparent and buoyant, a golden curtain through which cardamom emerges. As it emanates from these tart, mouth-watering opening notes, cardamom appears remarkably solid, a sweet, hot-cold aroma that is endlessly multi-dimensional. Soon, cardamom's spicy infinity infuses the strong, supple textures of jasmine. Jasmine is not indolic, but deeply earthen, creamy and dense.
