What Makes It Special

  • The long aging (up to 8 years) gives more depth than many standard Añejo expressions.

  • Blend of barrels (French + American oak) adds complexity — you get sweetness from vanilla and caramel, plus toasted oak and nutty character.

  • Beautiful decanter packaging that elevates it as a luxury gift or display bottle.

  • Designed for sipping; not pushed as a mixer but more as a showpiece of craftsmanship.

  • Extremely silky and smooth; approachable despite age.

  • Strong aroma and flavor layers that continue to evolve.

  • Excellent for neat drinking or contemplative sips.

Serving & Pairing Suggestions

  • Serve neat or with a large ice cube to appreciate the aging and oak influence.

  • Cocktail use: best in very simple cocktails (e.g. tequila old fashioned style) that let the spirit shine rather than covering it.

  • Food pairings: dark chocolate, dried fruits (figs, cherries), nutty desserts, rich cheeses; grilled meats.

  • Occasions: special occasions, after-dinner sipping, display pieces / gift bottles.
