This “Oisin” copper pot still london dry gin is produced at the Dingle Whiskey Distillery in Kerry, Ireland. This distillate includes rowan berry, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather, and is chill filtered prior to cut and bottling.

Our aim was to create a totally unique gin, one which worked within the great tradition of gin distilling but which also came with a degree of innovation.
