How to use

For breast feeding: Express a few tablespoons of breast milk into a sterilized container and add 4 drops of Colief. Give this to the baby before feeding as normal.
For infant formula: Add 4 drops of Colief to the warm (not hot) formula. Wait 30 minutes, shaking occasionally, before feeding the baby.
For preparing formula in advance: Add 2 drops to warm formula and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Use within 12 hours.
Ensure the milk is at the correct feeding temperature before giving it to your baby.
