The agave is slow-roasted in traditional ovens, followed by an extended fermentation process that emphasises clean flavour. The spirit is double-distilled and rested briefly in stainless steel before bottling at 40% ABV (80 proof). Each batch reflects the founders’ (actor George Clooney, entrepreneur Rande Gerber and property developer Mike Meldman) aim to create a tequila “you don’t need salt or lime to enjoy.” Tasting Profile Nose: Bright and clean, featuring cooked agave sweetness, gentle citrus zest (lemon or grapefruit) and soft vanilla warmth.
