But filtered wine has a diamond sparkle to it that catches the eye, and looks more like a commercial wine. It's the difference between a freshly washed car and a freshly waxed car. Both are great, but one is noticeably more appealing. Buon Vino Mini-Jet filters use three different grades of pads for increasing levels of polish. You will not want to filter or fine any wine that contains solids such as stems or oak chips without pre-filtering first. This will clog the pump and void the warranty.
