Crafted from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri grapes grown at 300 meters above sea level in Aia, Gipuzkoa, this wine benefits from the region's Atlantic climate and mineral-rich soils of granite and slate.
After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo pre-fermentation maceration and ferment with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures on its lees for five months, enhancing its texture and complexity.
