- 11.00am: See behind the scenes of our Victorian factory and how we handmake and hand decorate our pottery
- 12.00pm: Spring Flowers talk and demonstration with Arthur
- 1.30pm: two course seasonal lunch - please let us know any dietary requirements and allergy info when booking
- 2.30pm: option to decorate in our studio (please book separately via our website here) and shopping

We are pleased to offer a free carer ticket for any customer requiring a companion to enable them to visit us. Carers tickets can be booked by emailing bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk and our team will respond and confirm by our team.

Please note that any bookings required within 24 hours of ordering must be placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm cannot be fulfilled as we need to prepare schedules for the coming day.

We’re not able to store suitcases or rucksacks or any customer luggage while you are visiting the factory due to lack of space and security risks. We advise leaving luggage either in your vehicle or at your hotel reception.
