Boil fresh water and allow it to cool for no more than 30 minutes to reach 70°C. Measure the correct amount of cooled water into a sterilised bottle. Add the prescribed number of scoops of formula powder and shake well to dissolve. Cool the bottle under cold running water or in a bowl of cold water. Check the temperature before feeding.
