Apollo Hops
Apollo™ is a super high-alpha American hop developed by Hopsteiner and released in 2006. Known for its exceptionally high alpha acid content and low cohumulone levels, Apollo™ provides a clean, assertive bitterness, making it an excellent choice for bittering additions. When used late in the boil or for dry hopping, it imparts flavors and aromas of grapefruit, lime, orange, pine, resin, and cannabis.
