AllGrape® Pack – Grape Skin Addition for Wine Kits

AllGrape Pack is designed to elevate your wine by adding authentic grape skin character during fermentation. The result is deeper color, more structure, and increased complexity—similar to what’s achieved with larger-format or premium wine kits. It’s an ideal upgrade for winemakers looking to get more out of a mid-range kit without jumping to a full top-tier offering.

Note: This product will increase volume during primary fermentation. A minimum 7.9-gallon wine fermenter is required.

How to Use

  1. Prepare the Skins
    Grape packs can be messy. Drape the muslin bag over a sanitized bowl or container, then carefully pour the contents into the bag. Tie securely to prevent the bag from opening during fermentation.
  2. Add at the Start of Primary Fermentation
    Immediately after topping your wine up to 6 gallons, place the tied muslin bag into the primary fermenter.
  3. Daily Punch-Down
    Submerge (punch down) the muslin bag once per day to keep the grape skins wet and promote proper extraction.
  4. Removal Timing
    Remove the grape skins anytime between 6 and 14 days, depending on desired extraction. Most winemakers remove the bag when racking from primary to secondary.
  5. Remove & Discard
    When removing the bag, gently squeeze to extract remaining liquid. Discard the muslin bag and spent grape skins.
