A 5-gallon glass carboy with bung and airlock for a plug-and-play secondary fermentor for recipes that call for extended aging, dry hops, oak, or fruit - or for better clarity, less sediment in the bottle, and a smoother overall flavor in any beer. The 5-gallon size minimizes headspace to help reduce the chance of oxidation in your homebrew.
