Why do we offer this exceptional service? Because it allows these Keepsakes to be received in time to be worn or given as gifts at graduations, births, funerals, visitations, and other meaningful events. An Express Production charge per Keepsake will apply.Accelerated Production ServiceFor a guaranteed delivery date without the urgency of overnight, Legacy Touch's Accelerated Production Service is the perfect fit. When ordered before 12:00pm (noon) Eastern Time Mon-Fri, eligible Keepsakes will deliver in 3 business days when shipped to a U.S. address (3-5 business days to Canada). An Accelerated Production charge per Keepsake will apply.Standard Production ServiceFor orders that are not time-critical, Legacy Touch still leads the industry with our Standard Production service which, for this item, delivers in approximately one week at no additional charge (a few of our items do require a little more time). PlatingWithout the plating, White Gold Jewelry can become discolored with time. Plating works wonders by making the metal stronger and more scratch resistant. Please note that plating will eventually wear away with use. Your local jeweler can easily re-plate your Jewelry, restoring it to its original shine. Legacy Touch Keepsake Warranty At Legacy Touch, we are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality, personalized Keepsakes. This Keepsake is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Legacy Touch will repair or replace the piece at no cost to the customer. The Legacy Touch warranty does not cover pieces that have inscription errors made by the customer, pieces that are discolored due to environmental factors, pieces that are discolored due to allergic reactions, or pieces that have been abused or neglected by the customer.
