The way these work is the the 14g jewelry has 16g threads which will fit into a 14g piercing needle, so the thread pattern is 1.2mm on this 14g jewelry. Please be sure to tell your clients if you are using step down jewelry so that they know which tops they can purchase to match with this shaft (if they choose to change the balls). This 14g belly button ring comes in 11mm (7/16") with a 4mm top ball and 6mm bottom ball. The thread pattern is 1.2mm x 0.25mm external, which means you can use any of our 16g loose balls to fit on this bent barbell How do these work?
