Our 316L stainless steel spikes/cones work with any 14g or 12g internally-threaded body jewelry that has 1.2mm internal threading, including dermal anchors, labret posts, straight, curved and bent barbells, and other types of internal body jewelry. Each spike is made of implant-grade surgical stainless steel and has a 2mm-long post attached to its base that has a 1.2mm internal thread pattern. Each cone and post are made from a solid piece of stainless steel, which means the post is attached seamlessly and securely.
