3mm x 6mm Spike Cone for 12g & 14g Internally-Threaded Body Jewelry
These surgical steel spikes can be used to replace gem balls and other ends for our 12g and 14g internally-threaded body jewelry that has an internal 1.2mm thread pattern. Screw a cone onto the end of your labret shaft, use one of these spikes with a dermal anchor, attach one to each end of a straight barbell, or use these spike cone ends with any other 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry with a matching thread pattern.
Each cone is made of implant-grade surgical stainless steel. The base of each spike measures 3mm across, and the total height of the cone from base to point is 6mm. These spikes are sold individually (price per 1) and separately from our labret studs, dermal anchors, straight barbells, and other internally-threaded body jewelry shafts.
