12g or 14g Dermal Piercing Healing Post Microdermal Top
This dermal healing post is the ideal dermal top to wear while your new piercing is healing, because it allows for swelling without risk of the skin growing over top of the jewelry like it might with a flat dermal top. It's made from a single piece of implant-grade surgical stainless steel and has a 1.2mm internal thread pattern that makes it work with an of our 12g and 14g (1.2mm) internally-threaded dermal anchors. You can also wear them these dermal healing posts with labret studs or any body jewelry shaft with the same thread pattern.
